01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and f299 ("f299", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the f299 website, mobile site, and all associated services available at f299.io.

By accessing the f299 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the f299 platform.

f299 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the f299 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee, contractor, or director of f299 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from f299 or any associated platform.

Age Verification Process

f299 applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. At the time of registration and at any point thereafter, f299 may request documentation to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary proof of identity. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If it is determined at any point that a Player has been under the age of 21 at any time during their use of the platform, f299 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, forfeit all bonus balances, and return any verifiable real-money deposits net of any withdrawals already made. f299 may report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

03 Account Registration and Management

Registration

To access the full functionality of f299, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

f299 permits each individual to hold exactly one account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your f299 account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. f299 will never contact you to request your password. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have reported a security breach to f299 in writing before that activity occurred.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your f299 account at any time by contacting support. f299 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, that the account poses a financial risk, or that continued operation of the account may not be in the Player's best interests under responsible gaming principles.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

f299 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. f299 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your f299 account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. f299 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to the same account, or to an account in the Player's verified name. f299 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable KYC verification is complete. f299 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Bonus Balance and Withdrawals

Bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately within the f299 account. f299's system applies real-money balance first when settling bets unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

05 Betting and Casino Rules

Sportsbook

All bets placed on the f299 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. f299 reserves the right to void bets where odds have been published in error, where a market has been suspended, or where an event outcome has been affected by circumstances outside the normal course of play. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's real-money balance.

Live in-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to network latency. f299 does not accept any liability for bets that fail to register due to network connectivity issues on the Player's device or network. A bet is only confirmed when a confirmation notification is displayed within the Player's account bet slip.

Casino Games

All casino games available on f299 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates according to the rules set by its developer. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are those certified by the game developer and may be accessed within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game round that prevents normal completion — such as a disconnection between the game server and the Player's device — the game round will be resolved according to the game provider's technical failure policy, which in most cases results in the round being replayed from the most recent confirmed game state or the stake being returned.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all f299 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagered within the stated wagering period.
• Wagering contributions vary by product type: sports bets typically contribute 100% of the staked amount toward wagering requirements; live casino bets may contribute at a different rate as specified in the promotion terms; slots contributions vary by game title.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying odds threshold specified in the promotion terms will not contribute toward wagering requirements.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f299 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform using another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the f299 platform — including but not limited to the f299 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, video content, game interfaces, odds displays, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of f299 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f299 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any f299 content. Any unauthorised use of f299 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f299 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. f299 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your continued use of the f299 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
